About Sue Rundle-Hughes
Sue Rundle-Hughes is a Welsh illustrator and artist living in the Wye Valley who enjoys painting in a whimsical style. She originally studied theatrical costume design at Bournemouth arts university, but preferred illustrating stories to designing costumes. She still likes to include a theatrical element in her artwork however, and loves telling stories with her art inspired by fairy tales and folklore, castles, animals and nature. Her favourite medium to work in is acrylic paint, ink and graphite.
